After you exercise you should eat wisely because you just burned fat you don’t want to regain it. I have learned that you should get outside and exercise daily to stay healthy, and live a longer life. Your diet and your health relays on your activity and your exercise. You will live longer if you are active than if you are not.

The blue zones are places were people stay active and stay healthy and eat good foods. Blue zone are places where there is no retirement and people stay active there whole life. Costa Ricans eat papaya, fruits, and vegetables. Also there tortillas are very high in calcium. And in Sardinia they have very healthy and popular wine. And in Okinawa they eat very healthy tofu that is low in fat and high in protein, calcium, also minerals.

Retirement doesn’t exist in these countries because; they have nothing else to do. A healthy and active life style helps people to live longer. Because when you are healthy and active your bones get stronger and they get fitter.

Learning about blue zones will help people who want to be healthy. Also if people want to have a healthy diet they can follow the blue zones diet.

A free radical is a cell with a missing electron that attaches other healthy cell trying to get its electron back. They damage other cells by taking there electron that turns them into a free radical. Antioxidants are cells that give free radicals an electron but don’t turn into a free radical. The antioxidants fight the free radicals by giving them an electron and stopping them from attacking any more healthy cells. They are multiple foods that have antioxidants. Like chia berries, blue berries and all fruits and vegetables.

My pyramid is a guide that shows how much food is needed from each food group each day. And then the serving size amount shows how much food you should eat. Most of the times I don’t eat the required amount of food I need to eat in the right food group. I think people should eat fewer oils and any unhealthy fats.

I think food planning is a good idea because if you don’t plan the food it’s probably fast food. I know this because fast food can be cooked easily and quickly without much preparation. Most of the time when people are on the road they can food plan and then eat fast food.

Exercises that burn calories help you or someone else lose weight. Exercises that give you muscles helps you gain muscle weight that you just lost. These are some of the activities that help you burn calories. Swimming, biking, walking, jumping rope and running also FOOTBALL!!! And here are some ways that don’t help you burn calories. Sitting on the couch eating chips and playing video games or watching TV (television).Body image: Is the way you feel about your body.TV, sitting on the couch eating potato chips might affect your body image. Because you might want to be slim but you become fat from what you did in the past.

I have learned that you should always be healthy and be active if you want to live a long happy life.
